Consistent with Santa Clara County Emergency Medical Services Prehospital Care Policy #109: Policy Development and Implementation, the EMS Agency held a public comment period (April 9, 2018 to May 9, 2018) for Santa Clara County Prehospital Care Policy 611. The Santa Clara County EMS Agency did not receive any comments. However, after careful review the agency has decided that administrative changes need to be made to the future policy. The policy will still be effective July 1, 2018 and can be found on the EMS Agency website at the following link:
