The Santa Clara EMS Agency needs to update its fee schedule to conform to increasing costs and the County budget process. The County last increased its fees in July 2017 by a modest 5%. This increase did not capture the entire fee cost recovery based on a fee analysis. Due to this, we are required to raise fees again by 5% in FY20 in order to attempt to obtain full cost recovery.
